My Chemical Romance is set to take fans on a nostalgic journey as they celebrate nearly two decades since the release of their iconic rock opera, “The Black Parade.” The band will embark on a highly anticipated 10-date North American stadium tour in 2025, where they will perform the beloved 2006 album in its entirety. This comes after their successful headlining performance at the When We Were Young Festival in Las Vegas last month.
The tour is slated to kick off on July 11 in Seattle and will wrap up on September 13 in Tampa, Florida. Along the way, the band will make stops in major cities including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Arlington, East Rutherford, Philadelphia, Toronto, Chicago, and Boston.
Each concert will feature a unique opening act, showcasing a range of incredible talent from rock veterans like Alice Cooper and Devo to contemporary acts such as Evanescence and Thursday, as well as emerging artists like 100 Gecs and Wallows.
My Chemical Romance formed in 2001 and quickly rose to fame with their 2004 album, “Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge.” The band went on hiatus in 2013, releasing a greatest hits collection the following year.
