London-based brand 16Arlington, celebrated for its eye-catching partywear, has garnered a loyal celebrity following since its inception in 2018. Notably, Amal Clooney has been spotted in four of the label’s stunning creations, including an appearance at the King’s Trust Awards in June. Other high-profile fans include Alexa Chung, Jodie Turner-Smith, and Hailey Bieber. Recognizing the brand’s unique high-octane glamour, Marks & Spencer has teamed up with 16Arlington to launch a new collection.
The M&S x 16Arlington collaboration follows a successful partnership with designer Bella Freud and brings together the essence of 16Arlington’s signature maximalism. The limited-edition collection, consisting of 43 pieces and fronted by Georgia May Jagger, is brimming with feathers, sequins, and crystal embellishments adorning everything from glamorous floor-length gowns to chic Bardot tops and tailored pieces, all perfectly suited for the upcoming party season.
The collection showcases an array of eye-catching designs, including crystal-draped gowns, textured coats, and sleek leather separates in a sophisticated color palette featuring bitter chocolate, iced silver, and midnight black. While the range highlights stunning eveningwear ideal for festive gatherings, it also includes off-duty essentials such as cozy cashmere knits and wide-leg jeans, ensuring everyday luxury is at hand.
Creative director Marco Capaldo, who co-founded the brand with the late Federica Cavenati, expressed the brand’s ethos, saying, “We believe in designing pieces that feel bold, brave, and unafraid to take up space. This collaboration allowed us to explore our signatures in a new way, aiming for pieces that empower and express confidence in everyday moments while still embodying the drama and detail we’re known for.”
As 16Arlington becomes a go-to choice for fashion rentals for weddings and formal events, this new collection ensures that its megawatt glamour is accessible to a broader audience. The full range is now available for purchase both online and in select stores, allowing fashion enthusiasts to embrace high-street luxury this season.
