Tiffany Prevette Moore, a 37-year-old woman who went missing after taking an Uber in West Nashville, has been located safe in a local hotel. Metro Police initiated an investigation after her family reported her missing, creating significant concern within the community.
Moore was last seen around 7:18 p.m. on November 16, when she was picked up by an Uber driver outside a Target on White Bridge Pike. Her husband, Scott Bach, attempted to trace her whereabouts to an apartment complex on Twin Oaks Drive using the details from her Uber ride. Family members expressed their worry, highlighting that it was out of character for Moore not to be in touch, as she maintained daily communication with them.
Police conducted searches in and around the apartment building, as well as checked local hospitals and jails, but initially found no leads regarding her whereabouts. There was a brief ping from Moore’s cellphone that directed authorities to a location on Cross Creek Road, but she was not found there either. Consequently, she was entered into the National Crime Information Center as a missing person.
Fortunately, Metro Police confirmed that Moore was discovered unharmed in a hotel room on Thursday morning. While no further details have been provided regarding her condition or circumstances, this news brings relief to her family and friends. Investigators have yet to disclose whether they have spoken to or identified the Uber driver associated with her disappearance.
The quick resolution to this case highlights the importance of community vigilance and the effectiveness of police work in tracking missing persons.
