The actress, known for her role in “Stranger Things,” posted her official wedding photos on Instagram, capturing the intimate ceremony with her husband, Jake Bongiovi. In her post, she wrote, “forever and always, your wife,” alongside a series of beautiful images. Brown looked radiant in a white sheer lace corset dress and a veil, with her brown hair elegantly styled up. Later in the evening, she changed into a satin minidress for the after-party.
Bongiovi donned a stylish black and white outfit, complementing his bride with a white suit jacket, black bow tie, and matching pants. Interestingly, Brown later sported the bow tie for some reception photos.
Bongiovi also shared his own wedding pictures, featuring another white dress worn by Brown during the celebrations. This outfit featured a sheer design with short sleeves, a corset, and a full skirt, while he opted for a classic black suit. His caption reflected Brown’s sentiment: “forever and always, your husband.”
The couple was first linked romantically in June 2021 and announced their engagement in April 2023. They initially had a private wedding ceremony in May, and recent rumors indicated they were in Italy for a larger second celebration with close friends and family in late September.
In an interview with Glamour last October, Brown discussed how Bongiovi influenced her perspective on marriage. She expressed, “My dream was to have a baby,” and shared that she initially did not see herself becoming a wife. However, meeting Bongiovi changed her outlook, as he encouraged her to pursue her passions while they supported each other. “I do want this,” she realized.
Brown also addressed concerns regarding their decision to marry in their early 20s. She noted, “I know I should make this movie now. I know I should write this book now… It’s not because I can’t do it in 10 years; of course I can do it in 10 years. But why, when I know that it’s going to work now?” She expressed confidence in their relationship, stating, “And I know that Jake and I will be okay.”
