Hailing from Needham, Massachusetts, Walbridge made the choice to commit to Michigan, turning down offers from prestigious programs, including Alabama, Penn State, and Boston College.
Walbridge becomes the second offensive lineman to join the Wolverines’ 2026 class, following Cartersville, Georgia’s four-star IOL Bear McWhorter.
