In a commitment to animal welfare, McDonald’s China plans to debut its first cage-free chicken logo in June 2024, signifying that chickens are reared in clean, temperature-controlled environments, affording them ample space to roam. At the expo, the company highlighted its commitment to sustainability with an artistic installation crafted from recycled paper bags, drawing attention to practices in cage-free chicken production.
