Matt Rife is set to embark on his new Stay Golden comedy tour, bringing excitement to fans in California and beyond. The 29-year-old comedian, who has gained significant acclaim in recent years, announced the tour will kick off on March 8, 2025, in Dallas and will include several Californian stops.
Rife’s California performances will take place at Fresno’s Save Mart Arena on April 12 and San Diego’s Viejas Arena on April 13. He will then return to the state in the fall for shows at the Honda Center in Anaheim on October 18 and at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View on October 19. Throughout the tour, Rife will also visit cities such as Honolulu, New York City, Montreal, Seattle, and St. Louis, culminating in a New Year’s Eve performance at Boston’s TD Garden.
Tickets for the Stay Golden Tour will go on sale to the general public on Friday at noon local time, with an artist presale beginning on Wednesday at the same time.
Rife is known for his dynamic crowd work, which earned him viral fame on TikTok in 2022. His popularity surged with the release of his special “Matthew Steven Rife” in April 2023, followed by “Matt Rife: Natural Selection” on Netflix in November 2023. He made history as the youngest stand-up comedian to sell out the Hollywood Bowl during the Netflix Is a Joke Festival in May 2023. His most recent special, “Lucid: A Crowd Work Special,” premiered on Netflix in August.
