The sixth season of Marvel Rivals has officially kicked off, bringing a fresh theme reminiscent of a Night at the Museum, highlighted by the beloved and unpredictable character Deadpool. With the launch set for January 16, players can expect a host of exciting new features and changes that come along with the season six patch notes.

A standout addition this season is Deadpool himself, who has been unveiled as the first-ever three-in-one character, allowing players to adapt his role as a Duelist, Strategist, or Vanguard depending on their gameplay style. This newfound versatility is sure to enhance the dynamics of battles within the game.

In conjunction with Deadpool’s arrival, a new exploration site known as the Museum of Contemplation will debut on January 29. This Convoy map is anticipated to add a unique dimension to gameplay, offering fresh arenas for players to showcase their skills.

Season six also introduces a much-anticipated photo mode, enabling players to capture stunning images in the vibrant setting of Times Square. This feature allows for customizable camera angles, various filters, and emotes to create the perfect snapshot moment.

Additionally, players can look forward to The Clobberin’ Club, another exciting feature that will open in Times Square on January 29. This new area will provide opportunities for players to challenge each other in duels, with the possibility of broadcasting battles on the Times Square big screen for all to see.

The hero proficiency system is seeing a significant expansion, offering numerous rewards as players progress through the game. New items, including Dynamic Avatars, Unstable Molecules, exclusive Sprays, Nameplates, and Badges, are now available, enhancing the gameplay experience.

Moreover, new accessories for a variety of heroes including Deadpool, Rogue, Doctor Strange, and others will be introduced, allowing for increased personalization of characters.

Season six will also feature two new Team-Ups. The Parker Power-Up Team-Up partners Peni Parker and Spider-Man, giving Spider-Man a Web Bomb that can inflict damage if thrown in time. The second, Mr. Pool’s Interdimensional Toy Box Team-Up, features Deadpool and Jeff the Land Shark, with Jeff emitting a healing spray for allies while distracting foes with playful visuals.
