The proposal took place backstage at Villa Park in Birmingham, England, and was shared on Instagram by Osbourne, capturing the intimate atmosphere surrounded by family and friends, including her mother, Sharon Osbourne.
The engagement ring is particularly significant, designed in collaboration with the luxury jewelry brand Mouawad. Wilson, who is also the DJ for the band Slipknot, worked closely with the brand’s co-guardian and diamond expert, Pascal Mouawad, to create a piece that embodies a special bond between him and Osbourne. The ring’s design pays homage to Osbourne’s affectionate nickname, “honeybee,” which was also used by her late friend Joan Rivers. Wilson explained, “It’s an amazing coincidence… Meant to be.”
The ring features an exquisite design set in 18-karat gold, resembling a honeycomb structure with hexagonal bezel settings. It is embellished with white and yellow diamonds, citrine accents, and pear-shaped diamonds crafted to resemble abstract bees. The centerpiece is a stunning round white diamond that brings the entire piece together.
Wilson expressed his excitement about the ring, describing it as “blinding” and “beautiful,” and emphasized that it exceeded his expectations, calling it “more than perfect” and a “fairy tale.”
