Filming for a new series is underway in Macon, Georgia, with production crews from King Street Productions utilizing the old coaling tower on Seventh Street and various other local spots. This filming is set to last through Friday, as confirmed by Aaron Buzza from Visit Macon.
King Street Productions has garnered a reputation for its work on popular series produced by Taylor Sheridan, including “Yellowstone” and “Tulsa King.” Buzza expressed enthusiasm over their presence in the community, although specific details about the series being filmed were not disclosed.
Additionally, Fatty’s Pizza, a local eatery, announced on its Facebook page that it will be closed from Wednesday through Friday due to the filming activities in the area. Their downtown location will remain closed for the remainder of Wednesday and throughout Thursday, with plans to reopen for lunch on Friday.
While some speculate that this production may be linked to the Paramount+ series “Tulsa King,” it has not been confirmed by local media at this time.
