Next year’s Girl Scout Cookie season will see the retirement of two beloved flavors, Toast-Yay! and Girl Scout S’mores, at the end of the 2025 season, as announced by Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA). With the 2025 cookie season starting this week, it’s a great time to stock up on these flavors before they disappear.

These cookies join Raspberry Rally, which was discontinued following just one year of availability. The high demand for these treats has not gone unnoticed, as they began appearing on resale platforms at inflated prices after a pause on their sale was announced.

Excitingly, while Toast-Yay! and Girl Scout S’mores will no longer be available after 2025, there remains a chance they could return in the future. A GSUSA representative suggested that although some flavors may be discontinued, the door remains open for new and innovative cookie options. “Never say never! We routinely reevaluate our cookie lineup to make room for new innovations,” said the spokesperson.

For the 2025 season, cookie lovers can still enjoy the classics like Thin Mints and Tagalogs alongside the available flavors:

– Adventurefuls: Brownie-inspired cookies topped with caramel-flavored crème with a hint of sea salt
– Caramel Chocolate Chip: Chewy cookies blended with rich caramel and semisweet chocolate chips
– Caramel deLites/Samoas: Crisp cookies featuring caramel and chocolate stripes with coconut
– Do-si-dos/Peanut Butter Sandwich: Oatmeal cookies sandwiched with peanut butter filling
– Lemonades: Shortbread cookies topped with lemon-flavored icing
– Peanut Butter Patties/Tagalongs: Cookies layered with peanut butter and coated in chocolate
– Toffee-tastic: Buttery cookies with crunchy toffee bits
– Trefoils: Classic shortbread cookies

Girl Scout cookies are available for purchase at $6 per box either online or at cookie booths across the United States. The cookie season runs nationally from January to April, although timelines may vary regionally. Interested customers can find a local booth or order cookies directly online starting February 21 at www.girlscoutcookies.org.

With the convenience of modern shopping and the timeless tradition of supporting local Girl Scouts, the cookie season continues to be a delightful way to enjoy delicious treats while contributing to a valuable organization.

In summary, while it’s sad to see favorites leave, the ever-evolving lineup of Girl Scout Cookies offers hope for new and exciting flavors in the future. Don’t forget to stock up before they’re gone!
