Team manager Eleni Kataduadua expressed immense pride in the girls’ performance, especially considering the limited time they had to unite as a team. “The girls really did well on the court; we had less time to form the team but I’m thankful for the girls’ hard work in getting the win,” Kataduadua stated.

With a young team, we need to get them exposed, and maybe one day they will wear the national jersey and represent the country,” she shared.
