Measures like placing ‘local traffic only’ signs have been enacted, and the Church is considering more structured approaches for next year, such as timed entry passes for visitors.
The Festival of Lights will conclude on January 1, and the process of taking down the display will be a labor-intensive effort for a dedicated team over the following months.
