Ken Nunn, a prominent attorney who established Indiana’s largest personal injury law practice, passed away on December 24 at the age of 85. His law firm, the Ken Nunn Law Office, announced his death, marking the loss of a significant figure in the legal community.

Nunn’s journey began in Jeffersonville, Indiana, where he was raised in a single-parent household. He later graduated from Indiana University, earning both business and law degrees. In 1967, he founded his law practice in Bloomington, which would evolve into the largest personal injury firm in the state.

Known for his generosity, Nunn recently upheld a cherished tradition by donating numerous bicycles and helmets to children in Bloomington and Ellettsville, a program he had sustained for 15 years. Over the course of this initiative, he has gifted more than 500 bicycles to local youth. Additionally, in 2015, he made a significant philanthropic contribution of $2 million to Indiana University’s Assembly Hall, furthering his commitment to the community.

Following his passing, the Ken Nunn Law Office will continue to operate under the leadership of his daughter, Vicky Nunn, ensuring that his legacy and dedication to serving others live on.
