Kathy Griffin Reacts to Andy Cohen’s BravoCon Email Tease: Is a Truce in Sight?

Kathy Griffin voiced her displeasure after Andy Cohen publicly shared details of their private email exchange during BravoCon 2025. At the recent Bravo fan convention in Las Vegas, Cohen mentioned that he and Griffin had “emailed the other day,” hinting at the possibility of mending their long-standing feud by stating, “Never say never.”

Griffin, 65, expressed her surprise at receiving the email, especially the fact that Cohen chose to address it publicly. During a stand-up performance in Los Angeles, she elaborated on her feelings about Cohen, describing him as a challenging boss during her tenure at Bravo. Griffin, who starred in the network’s “My Life on the D-List” from 2005 to 2010, reflected on her positive experiences at Bravo but noted that Cohen’s leadership style was particularly difficult for her.

In her account, Griffin revealed that she received Cohen’s email out of the blue after eight years of silence between them. She described the email as “sort of nice,” speculating that Cohen might have had it vetted by lawyers knowing she could read it in front of an audience. While she acknowledged that Cohen was civil in his message, she remarked that he fell short of offering a genuine apology, delivering a response reminiscent of “Sorry, not sorry.”

Despite the emotional nature of her response to Cohen, Griffin didn’t disclose the specifics of her reply. She conveyed to her audience that she is fatigued by ongoing conflicts, mentioning, “I don’t really need to be in any more beefs. I’ve been in so many f–king beefs with so many people.”

Griffin also recognized Cohen’s influence, admitting, “I wish I were back at Bravo. It was a fun place to work.” However, she felt conflicted after Cohen’s mention of their correspondence at BravoCon, reflecting on the history of disputes between them, including his role in her firing from CNN’s New Year’s Eve special.

Although Griffin expressed that Cohen’s public disclosure was hurtful, she left the door open for a possible reconciliation, stating, “I don’t know what’s going to happen.” When directly asked if she would make amends with Cohen, her response was optimistic yet non-committal: “Let’s go with ‘maybe.’”

As this story develops, it highlights the precarious nature of relationships in the entertainment industry, particularly between prominent figures who once shared the same platform.
