Gamers are in for a treat as Karol G is set to light up Fortnite Festival season 5, running from August 16 to November 2.
The unique playable concert, titled Karol G MSB Fortnite, developed by Magnopus, offers a five-part visual experience that chronicles the Colombian artist’s journey through her music career. It will be available for players from 3 PM ET on August 23 until midnight on August 26. The concert features noticeable tracks such as “Oki Doki,” “Provenza (Remix),” “Cairo,” and “QLONA,” featuring Peso Pluma.
Karol G first hinted at her collaboration with Fortnite on her Instagram story on August 14, expressing her excitement with the message, “This is so amazing!!! Something incredible is coming with Fortnite Festival.”
According to Fortnite’s official announcement, the Premium Reward Track, available for 1,800 V-Bucks, allows fans to unlock items themed around Karol G, including the Bichota Season Karol G Outfit, the Bichota Mic, and the Bichota 6-String Guitar. Players can also collect EmPower-Ups during the music experience to eliminate negative energy and promote positive vibes in this vibrant party setting.
For those eager to experience the Karol G MSB Fortnite concert, Fortnite can be downloaded for free on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, Android, and PC, with access also available through cloud-based streaming services. To join the event, players can simply select the relevant tile in the Fortnite menu after launching the game.
Karol G joins the ranks of Colombian artists in collaboration with Fortnite, following J Balvin, who headlined the game’s annual “Fortnitemares” event in 2020, offering new gameplay, challenges, and rewards, culminating in his performance at the “Afterlife Party” in the Party Royale mode.
