Burruss, well-known for her time on Real Housewives of Atlanta, received the accolade from former co-star Cynthia Bailey and her daughter, Riley Burruss, who is now part of her own Bravo show.
Reflecting on her journey, Burruss humorously remarked, “I did not have the Wifetime Achievement Award on my 2025 Bingo card, but here we are and I’ll take it.” Looking back on her time on RHOA, she described her initial participation as something she thought would be “cute to do for a little while,” not realizing the deep emotional journey the show would take her on, from laughter and arguments to memorable performances.
Burruss extended her gratitude towards Bravo’s devoted fans, who have remained supportive throughout her 14 seasons on RHOA and beyond. Interestingly, Kandi mentioned that her daughter, Riley, is now carrying on the family legacy within the Bravo universe, as she stars in the second season of Next Gen NYC. She proudly acknowledged Riley for taking the torch and infusing new energy into the franchise.
