Kai Trump Sparks The Benjamin School’s Push for Florida High School Golf Title

Kai Trump, the granddaughter of former U.S. President Donald J. Trump, is making waves in the high school golf scene as she competes for The Benjamin School in Florida. This season, Trump has consistently placed in the top five in every tournament she has participated in, significantly contributing to her team’s remarkable performance.

The Benjamin School’s girls golf team currently holds the top rank in Palm Beach County and is positioned at No. 5 in the state of Florida. Their outstanding performance has even earned them a national ranking of No. 21 as of late September. The team’s high standings are attributed in part to Trump’s strong and steady performances, positioning them as formidable contenders for the state championship.

Other integral members of the team include senior Kaitlyn Hummers and freshman Reese McMillan. McMillan notably won the 41st Nicklaus Junior Golf Championship this summer, showcasing the depth of talent within the team. Both provided significant contributions during the Palm League Invitational, where they tied for first place, leading to a team victory at the Biltmore.

Kai Trump, known for her academic commitment to the University of Miami, has yet to clinch a first-place victory in a varsity event this season. However, her consistent top-five finishes highlight her steady trajectory and potential in high school golf. Her perseverance and performances on the green have played a crucial role in elevating her team’s status and are indicative of the hard work and dedication she brings to the sport.

As the Florida high school golf season progresses, The Benjamin School continues to aim for the state championship, with Kai Trump’s efforts and skills contributing largely to their team’s aspirations.
