Jury Duty is set to make a triumphant return with its second season, titled Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat. Nearly three years after Ronald Gladden charmed audiences as an unsuspecting participant in the inaugural season, Amazon has announced a fresh concept inspired by the underlying theme of The Truman Show.

In this new season, viewers will follow real-life individual Anthony, a temporary worker who mistakenly believes he is attending a corporate offsite at a family-owned hot sauce company. According to a press release issued by Prime Video on January 29, the comedic setup promises a unique blending of reality and fiction, where Anthony remains blissfully unaware that he’s enveloped in a carefully constructed simulation filled with actors.

The Company Retreat season is set to premiere on Prime Video on March 20, debuting with the first three episodes, followed by the release of two additional episodes on March 27. The season will wrap up with a three-episode finale on April 3. As with the first season, every moment in Anthony’s experience—from the conference room discussions to the downtime activities—will be intricately choreographed, and every colleague around him will be playing a role.

With its mix of humor, surprise, and social commentary, Jury Duty’s new season promises to deliver engaging entertainment while providing audiences with an insightful perspective on corporate culture. The anticipation is building as fans eagerly await the comedic twists and turns that this unusual workplace scenario will unfold.
