The 2006 World Series is a hazy childhood memory, but the electrifying 2011 campaign, highlighted by David Freese’s heroics on October 27th, remains vivid—a thrill that marked my teenage years.

Throughout my adolescence, I witnessed the Cardinals triumph in two World Series, capture four National League Pennants, and make numerous playoff runs—moments etched in time for any devoted fan.
