Joey Bosa Lists LA Mansion as He Heads East with Bills

Joey Bosa, the star defensive end, has put his luxurious Los Angeles residence on the market following his recent move to the East Coast. After spending nine successful seasons with the Chargers, Bosa signed a one-year, $12.6 million contract with the Buffalo Bills this offseason.

Nestled in the desirable Westport Heights neighborhood, Bosa’s impressive 4,427-square-foot home features five spacious bedrooms and five well-appointed bathrooms. The property boasts an inviting outdoor space complete with a beautiful pool and patio area, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Inside, the home showcases a chef’s kitchen equipped with premium Miele appliances, along with a dedicated workout area, a cinema room, and both a wet and wine bar.

Real estate agents Stephanie Younger and Chloe Nash of Compass are handling the listing. Initially bought by Bosa for $3.6 million in July, the home was first listed this past May for $3.995 million, before the price was adjusted to its current asking value last month.

Despite his recent relocation, Bosa has continued to make an impact on the field, recording two sacks and four forced fumbles in six games with the Bills this season. As a standout player in the NFL, he was the third overall pick in the 2016 draft, following a stellar collegiate career at Ohio State, where he garnered accolades as the 2016 Defensive Rookie of the Year and has been selected to the Pro Bowl five times.

With his new commitment in Buffalo and an exciting career ahead, Bosa’s transition marks a new chapter, both personally and professionally, complemented by the prospect of a change in his living situation.
