Jennifer Lopez shines as a silver screen diva in the much-anticipated first teaser for “Kiss of the Spider Woman.” Directed by Bill Condon, the film adapts the acclaimed 1976 novel by Argentinian author Manuel Puig, as well as the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical crafted by playwright Terrence McNally and the celebrated songwriting duo John Kander and Fred Ebb.
The narrative revolves around Valentín, portrayed by Diego Luna, a political prisoner imprisoned alongside Molina, a window dresser played by Tonatiuh, who is serving time for public indecency. As they share their cell, an unlikely friendship blossoms, with Molina recounting the stories of a Hollywood musical featuring his favorite silver screen icon, Ingrid Luna, who is brought to life by Lopez.
