Prominent support for this resolution is evident, particularly from Bohemian FC, a notable Irish club. Daniel Lambert, the club’s chief operating officer, emphasized the seriousness of these violations and expressed optimism regarding the resolution’s prospects after engaging in discussions with other clubs. He stated, “These are very serious breaches, important rules that are being ignored.”
The FAI has confirmed that the vote will take place; however, UEFA has declined to comment on the situation, and the IFA has not responded to inquiries. Commission of Inquiry, which has raised allegations of genocide against Israel following its military actions in Gaza and has advocated for the country’s suspension from international football.
