Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian wrapped up a round of talks with Armenian leaders and high-ranking officials before heading to Minsk, the next stop on his regional diplomacy tour.
In Yerevan on Tuesday, ten cooperation memoranda were signed spanning political, social, cultural, tourism, industrial, educational, road and urban development, art, and health sectors. A joint statement from Pezeshkian and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was also issued at the ceremony, underscoring a broad and multi-faceted agenda for bilateral ties.
On the Belarus leg of the tour, Pezeshkian plans to meet the Belarusian Parliament Speaker and Iranians resident in Belarus, with several additional memoranda expected to be signed during the visit.
