Indian national Joshua Raj has officially joined Bula FC as the club’s strength and conditioning coach for the upcoming OFC Pro League season. Arriving in Fiji just last week, Joshua has already begun integrating with the squad as they gear up for the league’s challenges.

Joshua brings with him more than seven years of extensive experience in high-performance fitness, having worked with athletes in India, the Middle East, and Europe. His diverse background equips him with valuable insights that he is eager to share with the team.

Expressing his gratitude for the opportunity, Joshua conveyed his enthusiasm about contributing to the development of football in Fiji. He remarked on the team’s potential, noting a promising blend of youth and experience. “I believe that the foreign expertise will not only enhance the team but also foster a collaborative spirit among the staff and players. As we approach the competition, I am confident that we will align our goals and be fully prepared,” he stated.

Prior to joining Bula FC, Joshua had a notable tenure with the Indian Football Federation, where he collaborated with various national teams, including men’s, women’s, and age-group squads. He also served as the Performance Coach for Malappuram FC in the Kerala Super League, where he had the opportunity to work alongside Fijian star Roy Krishna.

With the new season on the horizon, Joshua’s arrival is met with optimism, as he aims to elevate the team’s performance and help them achieve their competitive goals in the league.
