India-Fiji Defense Cooperation Deepens After High Commissioner Meets RFMF Commander

The Indian High Commissioner to Fiji, His Excellency Shri Suneet Mehta, recently visited Major General Ro Jone Kalouniwai, Commander of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF), at the RFMF Strategic Headquarters in Suva. This meeting, which took place on Tuesday, involved a formal greeting where Mehta was honored with a quarter guard upon his arrival.

The purpose of the visit was to reinforce the growing cooperation and diplomatic relations between India and Fiji, specifically focusing on defense and strategic engagement.
