– **Kahala Towers and Surroundings**: Traffic will be allowed via Aukai Ave and Pueo St. around 11:30 a.m. once conditions permit.
– **Kealaolu Ave**: Closured from Waialae Ave to Kahala Ave starting at 5:30 a.m. until the area is clear, with local traffic permitted at the direction of HPD.
– **Kilauea Ave**: All eastbound lanes will close at 4 a.m. with expected clearance by 11 a.m., allowing for contraflow westbound traffic to ensure some mobility for drivers.
