The festivities commenced with the resort’s annual Festive Tree Lighting Ceremony on November 30, gathering team members and guests for a magical evening. Attendees enjoyed Christmas carols performed by the renowned Hilton Fiji Team Choir, indulged in delicious eggnog and festive treats, and were treated to a surprise visit from Santa Claus, bringing smiles to families and children.
Demonstrating their commitment to community engagement, the resort also initiated a Christmas Stationery Drive. Staff members collected vital school supplies such as backpacks, notebooks, art materials, and games to assist children and families in preparation for the upcoming school year. This initiative underscores the team’s determination to give back and support those who are less fortunate.
In addition, the resort hosted a heartwarming Festive Luncheon for children, caregivers, and teachers from the Nadi Special School, along with residents from the Golden Age Home and Loloma Home. Attendees savored a lavish buffet crafted by Hilton Fiji’s culinary team, with many staff members generously volunteering their time, even on days off, to ensure a memorable day.
