Beginning September 30, original cast member Hannah Solow will take over the role of “Mary Todd Lincoln” in the acclaimed Tony Award-winning comedy, Oh, Mary! Solow, who previously served as the standby for this role during the show’s 2024 Off-Broadway run at the Lucille Lortel Theatre, will portray the character in performances scheduled from September 30 to October 12, 2025.
Joining Solow are returning cast members Phillip James Brannon as ‘Mary’s Husband’ and James Scully as ‘Mary’s Teacher,’ alongside current cast members Jenn Harris (‘Mary’s Chaperone’) and Martin Landry (‘Mary’s Husband’s Assistant’).
Anticipation continues to build as it was announced that Tony Award winner Jane Krakowski, along with Tony Award nominee John-Andrew Morrison and Grammy and Emmy Award nominee Cheyenne Jackson, will join the production on October 14, 2025. This special engagement will last for eight weeks, culminating on December 7, 2025, with Harris and Landry continuing in their roles. The company is rounded out by Julian Manjerico, Jackie Sanders, and Sean Peter Forte.
Written by 2025 Tony Award-winner Cole Escola and directed by 2025 Tony Award winner Sam Pinkleton, Oh, Mary! debuted on Broadway on July 11, 2024, at the Lyceum Theatre, marking a significant milestone as it became the first production in the theater’s 121-year history to gross over $1,000,000 in a single week. Since its premiere, the show has broken its own box office record twelve times, achieved the remarkable feat of recouping its investment as the first show of the 2024-25 Broadway season, and has won two 2025 Tony Awards. Originally planned as a limited 12-week engagement, ticket sales for Oh, Mary! have now been extended through July 5, 2026.
