During a visit to pick up their son, Halo, Halle attempted to discuss visitation arrangements, which led to a tense situation. She alleges that DDG grew agitated, resulting in verbal abuse and a physical struggle. According to Bailey, he pulled her hair, slammed her face into the steering wheel, and caused a chipped tooth. In a difficult decision, she chose to ride with him to ensure their child’s safety, but left the encounter with visible injuries, supported by photographic evidence submitted to the court.
The allegations do not stop there; in March, Halle claims DDG entered her home without permission, confronted her in her bedroom, and sent a text suggesting she was being unfaithful. Just days later, after she informed him that their child was unwell, he became verbally abusive again, damaged her Ring camera, and allegedly took her phone, all while issuing hurtful remarks.
A judge has since granted Halle a restraining order, allowing her to take their son to Italy for two months of filming, showcasing a proactive response to her situation.
