Goa has positioned itself as a national frontrunner in service delivery reforms and innovations, as highlighted by Governor P Ashok Gajapathi Raju during his Republic Day address. In front of notable attendees, including Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and Union Minister Shripad Naik, Raju discussed the advancements made in improving the ease of doing business, the expansion of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and various regulatory reforms.
