The channel’s introduction was championed by his father, Leo Skattebo III, who encouraged fans to lend their support to this fresh initiative. Skattebo has ambitions to produce a blend of long-form videos and short comedic clips, showcasing his personality while he focuses on recovery.
Though he created the channel in January, Skattebo waited almost a year to debut his initial content. One of his YouTube Shorts has particularly caught attention, where he playfully questioned the “proper” method of eating a taco. “Do you like, turn your head to eat a taco, or do you turn the taco for you? Like, are you dominant to the taco, or does the taco, like, do you turn your head for the taco?” he mused, stirring laughter and engagement among viewers.

Before his injury, Skattebo demonstrated his potential as one of the Giants’ standout playmakers. In just eight games, he amassed 410 rushing yards, scored five touchdowns, and added another 207 receiving yards.
