Her extensive “black book” includes over 2,000 relationships within the luxury hospitality sector, enabling her to create tailored travel experiences for her clients. She listens attentively to their desires, translating vague ideas into unique offerings.

While luxury is a priority, India also assesses the quality of the experiences. For instance, she chooses not to promote upscale venues like the French Laundry, believing that places such as Single Thread Farms offer more intriguing experiences.

Sometimes, the requests from her clients are simpler. While serving President Bush during his trip to Ethiopia, she arranged for familiar comforts such as peanut butter and non-alcoholic beer, and even organized a welcoming committee of local children wearing Texas Rangers hats.
