Jaclyn Sienna India began her boutique travel concierge, Sienna Charles, in 2008 with the determination to succeed despite initial challenges. At the time, she faced skepticism, including from her husband, as she fielded inquiries from potential clients while lacking any actual clientele.

Fast forward sixteen years, and her perseverance has clearly paid off. India now counts several global leaders and high-profile celebrities among her clients, providing exclusive services to those with annual incomes exceeding $100 million. Despite her clients’ affluence, India emphasizes that her unique offerings stem from deep care and personalized attention rather than simply access to luxury.

India has developed an extensive network within the hospitality industry, referred to as her “black book,” which includes over 2,000 contacts spanning yachts, hotels, and upscale restaurants. This network allows her to craft extraordinary travel and dining experiences tailored to her clients’ aspirations.

She notes that many clients have a vision of what they want but lack the resources to realize it. India’s skill lies in interpreting their desires with minimal guidance and effectively bringing those visions to life.

Her approach is focused not only on securing reservations at prestigious venues but also on ensuring that the experiences are truly meaningful. For example, she chooses to avoid highly marketed restaurants like French Laundry, believing that lesser-known venues, such as Single Thread Farms, offer more intriguing dining experiences.

India’s services often result in unique events, such as a candlelight dinner in Versailles or brunch atop the Arc de Triomphe. Additionally, she organizes meals that connect clients with notable personalities, including breakfasts with the Hermes family and lunches with the Fendi family in Rome.

On occasion, her clients prefer simpler comforts. During a trip to Ethiopia, she arranged for former President George W. Bush to have his favorite peanut butter and non-alcoholic beer while being welcomed by local children wearing Texas Rangers caps.

India emphasizes her genuine care for people, dedicating her workday to communicating with everyone from drivers to restaurant staff in search of the best experiences for her clients.
