Her services cater to individuals with annual incomes exceeding $100 million, offering exclusive experiences that these affluent clients may not easily access on their own.
“What defines my work is care and connection,” India emphasized. Drawing from her previous experience as a server, she has developed a keen understanding of client needs. Her extensive network of over 2,000 contacts in the hospitality sector enables her to create bespoke travel and dining experiences.
India’s approach focuses not merely on luxury but on meaningful experiences. For example, she opts not to promote top-rated restaurants if she feels they do not deliver genuine excitement, citing French Laundry in Napa as unremarkable while praising the unique offerings of Single Thread Farms.
She creates unique events tailored to her clients’ desires, such as arranging a candlelight dinner in Versailles or brunch on the Arc de Triomphe. Additionally, her services include pairing meals with encounters with influential figures, such as the Hermes and Fendi families.
Sometimes, however, her clients’ requests are simpler. When Bush visited Ethiopia, she ensured he had familiar comforts like peanut butter and non-alcoholic beer, and arranged for local children to greet him in Texas Rangers baseball caps.
