Young Mereseini Tinai from Bau, Tailevu, has transitioned from facing one of her life’s most challenging moments to celebrating a significant achievement by graduating with Fiji Police Recruit Batch 68. In a heartfelt conversation with FBC News, Tinai recounted how she chose to attend her police recruitment interview on the day of her father’s funeral last year, a decision that she described as difficult yet pivotal.
Initially unsure about her prospects, Tinai expressed immense gratitude for being accepted into the Fiji Police Force, a dream that began when she stumbled upon a recruitment advertisement while studying at the Fiji National University.
