Fast forward sixteen years, and India’s determination has paid off. Her client list now includes notable figures like former President George W. Bush and celebrity personalities such as Mariah Carey. Her clientele consists of individuals with annual earnings exceeding $100 million, typically those who possess nearly everything.

What sets India apart is her emphasis on heartfelt service. Drawing on her five years of experience as a server, she prioritizes caring for her clients. “My clients are incredibly influential, but it’s care that makes a difference,” she remarked.

Sienna Charles is distinguished by a comprehensive network of over 2,000 industry contacts, enabling India to curate unique travel and dining experiences tailored to her clients’ needs. She listens to their visions and works to realize them by leveraging her connections in the hospitality sector.

India also aims to provide experiences that genuinely resonate with her clients. For instance, she doesn’t promote popular spots like the French Laundry restaurant, as she believes alternatives, such as Single Thread Farms, offer more intriguing options.
