When Jaclyn Sienna India launched her travel concierge business, Sienna Charles, in 2008, she was determined to succeed by pretending to be more established than she was.
Today, after 16 years of hard work, India has built a clientele that includes high-profile figures such as former President George W. Bush and celebrities like Mariah Carey. Her services cater to individuals who make more than $100 million annually, individuals who seemingly have access to everything. So, what sets India apart from others in the industry?
“My clients are incredibly powerful and well-connected,” India shares. “However, it’s not their connections that get things done; it’s the genuine care and heart behind what we do.” Drawing from her five years of experience as a server, India emphasizes that understanding human needs and showing attention to detail are essential to her service.
Sienna Charles has an extensive network of over 2,000 contacts in the hospitality sector, encompassing yachts, luxury hotels, and fine dining establishments. This network enables India to tailor unique travel and dining experiences for her clients.
“My clients articulate their desires, but often lack the means, time, or creativity to achieve them,” India explains. “I excel at capturing their vision and making it a reality with just a few words.”

Yet, sometimes her clients seek simpler pleasures. When arranging a trip for Bush to Ethiopia, she ensured he had familiar comforts like peanut butter and non-alcoholic beer, while coordinating for children in Texas Rangers caps to welcome him.
“I genuinely care about people,” India asserts. She dedicates her days to interacting with everyone from taxi drivers to restaurant staff to discover the most intriguing options for her clients. “Luxury is just one part of the world; it’s about finding authentic experiences that my clients truly desire.”
