Fortnite has made headlines again with its latest event mini-pass, the “Born in Chaos,” marking its first return to event passes since Chapter 5 Season 3. This new collaboration with South Park comes after Epic Games integrated various passes into the Fortnite Crew subscription earlier this year, including the OG, Festival, and Lego passes. The Born in Chaos pass is entirely free, allowing players to earn rewards by completing quests in Battle Royale mode. Players can expedite their quest completion by referring to Fortnite’s dedicated quest guide for the South Park event.
The Born in Chaos pass offers 12 tiers of rewards, where players can gain cosmetic items through nine of these tiers, while the remaining three provide level skips. Each quest completed grants 400 CRED, and players need 1,000 CRED to unlock a tier. As of now, only the first wave of quests is available, allowing progress through just the initial two tiers of the mini-pass until additional quests are made available next week.
In addition to the linear rewards, players can unlock the Imaginationland Airship glider by successfully completing at least four quests from each batch related to South Park, which includes a series of quests set to be released over the coming weeks.
While the event pass doesn’t feature any skins, players eager to represent their favorite characters can purchase a special bundle featuring Cartman, Kenny, Kyle, Stan, and Butters in mech suits for 4,000 V-Bucks. Individual skins and the Towelie sidekick are also available for 1,500 V-Bucks each.
As players dive into this unique collaboration with South Park, the excitement builds around the challenges and rewards that await, showcasing Fortnite’s commitment to delivering fresh, engaging content to its community.
