A major update for Fortnite is set to roll out on February 19, introducing exciting new content and events to players across various platforms, including PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Switch 2, the original Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices.

The Fortnite update 39.50 will go live at 9 AM GMT, with matchmaking disabled starting at 8:30 AM GMT to allow for an uninterrupted gaming experience. Downtime for the game is expected to last around 90 minutes, with services expected to resume at 10:30 AM GMT. Epic Games has informed fans that “Things get even more legendary in Love & Legends!” as they prepare for this update.

Among the most anticipated features of update 39.50 is the Solo Leveling crossover, which brings the beloved character Sung Jin-Woo into the Fortnite universe, along with a variety of themed items. Fans looking to get a head start on the new content can participate in the Solo Leveling Arise Cup, taking place on the same day, which is designed as a single-player event.

In addition to the Solo Leveling crossover, players can also look forward to fresh content from the popular game Honkai Star Rail, which is expected to debut alongside the update.

Moreover, the Lantern Fest event is scheduled from February 19 to February 25, where players can earn free rewards by completing quests in the eight-player Reload mode. This festival celebrates Fortnite’s Middle East and North Africa communities, providing a unique opportunity for players to collaborate in larger teams than ever before.
