Fiji’s Yasawa Islands are set to become a focal point for luxury tourism with the development of a new One&Only Resort, spearheaded by the Kerzner Group and BSP Life. The upcoming project is situated on Nacula Island’s picturesque Malakati Village. Solomone Nata, CEO of the iTaukei Land Trust Board, revealed that the resort’s development will bring enduring benefits for local landowners and the wider community, contributing significantly to the local economy. Scheduled to open in 2029, the resort will span across 127 acres and feature 40 guestrooms, suites, and villas, alongside 20 private residences. The property will also boast six dining venues and a Club One wellness center.
