Tudravu highlighted the robust post-pandemic recovery of Fiji’s tourism industry, noting an impressive influx of over 500,000 visitors from January to July. He expressed that achieving such numbers involved a collective effort where security played a crucial—albeit often unacknowledged—role.
The Commissioner also underscored the ongoing collaboration between the Fiji Police Force and hotel security teams, emphasizing the importance of information sharing and collective problem-solving.
