Police reports indicate that the woman was a passenger in a car driven by a 43-year-old man. Their vehicle reportedly veered into the opposite lane and collided head-on with another vehicle operated by a 51-year-old man. Alongside the deceased, two children, aged six and 15, were also present in the car and have since been admitted to Savusavu Hospital for treatment.
