Fiji showcased a powerful start, with Alfreda Fisher crossing the try line within the first minute, setting an assertive tone for the match. Captain Verenaisi Ditavutu exemplified leadership and skill, scoring two tries during a strong first half that saw Fiji take a commanding 17-0 lead at the break.
