Fiji is excited to announce that it will host the 37th Miss Pacific Islands Pageant from February 13 to 20, 2026, marking a notable return to this esteemed event after a seven-year break. The announcement came from Minister for Local Government, Maciu Nalumisa, who revealed that the prestigious pageant will unfold in Nadi, anticipating participation from over ten Pacific island nations, including American Samoa, New Zealand, and Kiribati.

Nalumisa expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I am honoured to announce that Fiji will host the 37th Miss Pacific Island Pageant. After several years, we are bringing this exciting event back to Nadi, the original hub for tourists.” He highlighted the significant economic and cultural impact that hosting such an event brings, aiming to create a vibrant atmosphere that showcases the region’s talent and heritage.
