Two women were arrested yesterday in connection with a series of burglary incidents that occurred in Nadi and Lautoka. Police reports indicate that the arrests took place when two officers on patrol observed one of the suspects exhibiting suspicious behavior on Naviti Street. After questioning her, the officers took her to the Lautoka Market Post for further investigation.
Information provided by the first suspect led law enforcement to locate and apprehend the second individual near Vitogo Parade. A search of both suspects uncovered several electronic gadgets, cash, and various items believed to have been stolen from locations in Nadi and Lautoka.
