Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka has revealed intentions to appeal a recent court ruling concerning the dismissal of the former Commissioner of the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption.

In a statement issued today, Rabuka acknowledged the ruling that allows for a judicial review to assess the legitimacy of the Commission of Inquiry. He stated that the government plans to undertake the necessary legal actions in light of this decision.
