Fiji Pine Trust unveils new branding to empower landowners

Fiji Pine Trust Unveils New Logo in Bold Rebranding Drive for Landowners

Fiji Pine Trust has unveiled a new logo as part of its strategy to revamp its image among landowners and realign its long-term objectives. Chairman Semi Degei stated that this branding change represents a new beginning for the Trust, which has dealt with various performance challenges in recent years.

The redesigned logo is a crucial element of the Trust’s initiative to reshape its public perception while reaffirming its commitment to the communities it serves. Degei pointed out that this is the third logo redesign since 1999, underscoring the organization’s commitment to continuous improvement.

The new logo was developed during the Fiji Pine Trust Strategic Planning Workshop held earlier this year, which brought together significant stakeholders from the Itaukei Trust Fund, TLTB, the Ministry of Forestry, and the Fiji Pine Group. This workshop was instrumental in establishing a refreshed mission, vision, and slogan designed to guide the Trust’s objectives over the next five years.

Degei highlighted that this rebranding is just the beginning of enhancing organizational capabilities, which will lead to broader programs that focus on landowners’ needs. He emphasized that the Trust’s primary aim is to create generational wealth for pine landowners, reflecting a firm commitment to their long-term prosperity.

Describing the new vision as a guiding light, Degei expressed hope that this change will transform the organization’s negative public image. “I believe that changing the logo will change the face of the organization, and with planned capacity building and adherence to our strategic plan for the next five years, we can foster a process of wealth generation for upcoming generations of landowners in the Fiji Pine industry,” he stated.

By prioritizing landowners in its sustainability efforts, Fiji Pine Trust seeks to ensure that their welfare and interests inform all future decisions, paving a hopeful path forward for both the organization and the communities it supports.
