Charlotte Darlow, the New Zealand High Commissioner to Fiji, has completed her four-year diplomatic term in the country. Appointed to her role in October 2021, Ms. Darlow expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to serve and considered it one of the greatest privileges of her professional career. As her tenure concludes, Ms. Darlow will hand over her responsibilities to Greg Andrews, New Zealand’s senior trade official, who will take over in January next year. She praised Mr. Andrews, noting his extensive background in trade and economic matters, and expressed confidence in his ability to further strengthen the Fiji-New Zealand relationship.
Ms. Darlow plans to remain engaged with the developments in Fiji and New Zealand from her home in Wellington, expressing her well-wishes for the future of the bilateral ties.
