The month-long program traveled across the islands of Matuku, Totoya, and Moala, reflecting the government’s commitment to ensuring quality healthcare for every Fijian, regardless of geographical challenges.
Dental Officer Jone Tuiwai headed the outreach team, which navigated between the islands by boat to deliver dental check-ups, treatments, and oral hygiene awareness sessions in local schools and communities.
